The hotel requires a central location with a good address in the middle of city life downtown. The guests should be able to dine in the immediate area. Total immersion into the city is our concept.

Conversion of Existing Properties

We have an approved system to remodel existing buildings, as well as office buildings from the 60's and 70's into profitable hotels. With our system we can revamp hotels that have aged over the years, yet have a great location, to once again be successful on the market.
