The main partners are Peter Sauter and Kenji Tsuchiya, both CEO's and shareholders of Nippon Development Corporation (NDC) Real Estate Management GmbH, as well as Henry Gall, CEO and shareholder of NDC Real Estate Consulting GmbH. CEO of i.gen hotels is the hotel consultant and shareholder Achim Marowsky. With the expertise of these parties, i.gen hotels GmbH focuses on hotel development, property marketing and hotel management. In the past few years, Peter Sauter and Kenji Tsuchiya have successfully developed many construction projects. Currently, NDC is building five hotels in Berlin for German and international investors. Henry Gall has years of experience in marketing hotel properties, and Achim Marowsky worked world-wide for 20 years in management of the French hotel group Accor SA and now consults hotel investors.
